Outside Sales
We are looking for individuals with established contacts in industry and government to work as outside salespeople selling Think's line of web-based software products. Candidates should be extremely self-motivated and articulate. Candidates should possess the following:
- College Degree
- Sales Experience in Software or a Related Field
- Superior Writing Ability
- Superior Ability to Learn On-The-Fly
- High Enthusiasm for Technology
Successful candidates will be able to quickly identify and close leads on their own with minimum guidance from Think's management. Simultaneously, they will also be expected to serve as a filter for feedback between potential customers and developers. Successful candidates will be honest with customers and honest with management, and will use their personalities to build trust with contacts. They'll be able to make amazing sales presentations without PowerPoint, and even better ones with.
Preference will be given to those with one or more year of software sales experience.
Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday from their own location.
Compensation will be offered on a commission-only basis for a trial period of 90 days. Those who exceed the above criteria throughout the entire trial period, and who achieve their sales quota, will be offered a base salary plus generous commission and health care benefits.
