Think Computer Certified Designer Program Launched
CAMBRIDGE, MA -- January 23, 2003 -- Think Computer today announced the introduction of the new "Think Computer Certified Designer" partnership program for web site designers. The company recently released Whiteboard 1.0, an operating system for the Web that allows anyone to build a web site quickly and easily through the use of reusable templates.
"Web site designers have been the driving force behind much of the evolution we've seen in web-based technology. They’re always pushing the envelope to make their sites better," said Aaron Greenspan, President & CEO. "With the Think Computer Certified Designer program, we’re hoping that by giving site designers some publicity and recognition, we'll be able to use their creativity and expertise to improve our products, and to increase our revenues."
Under the new program, Think Computer Certified Designers will be entitled to the use of a special logo on their web sites and promotional materials. The logo combines the easily recognizable Think Computer smiling logo with the image of a certificate seal.
In addition, member organizations will receive a number of other added benefits, including special offers on Think Computer Whiteboard 1.0 for themselves and their clients. They will also receive free advertising under the Think Computer name. A central directory of Think Computer Certified Designers on Think Computer’s web site will allow customers searching for a design firm to pick among the most expert companies in the nation.
There is no fee to join the program. Interested parties should visit the Think Computer Certified Designer web site at http://www.thinkcomputer.com/corporate/partners/designers/index.html for more information on becoming a Think Computer Certified Designer.
