Returns: bool
Description: This function validates existing users when they type in their login information during the Sign In step of the purchasing process. Once the login is successful, a number of variables are created in the $_SESSION['client'] array, and unique identifiers are stored for later use. The billto and shipto variables contain integers, corresponding to the rows in the clientaddresses table, as opposed to new clients, who have an entire array of address information stored in each of the same variables. If an error is found, the function returns FALSE. Otherwise, it returns TRUE.
