Description: This function separates the information entered by new clients into the three different client tables: clients, clientaddresses, and clientcontacts. It adheres to the Think standard of treating all clients as organizations, with individuals having organization names of '[Last Name], [First Name]'. This function is not called until one the user has paid for the items in the shopping cart, to avoid cluttering the database with curious visitors who did not actually purchase anything.
